I. Standard Business Terms

1) Basic Provision

(1) The following business terms apply to all contracts concluded with us as a service provider (Ecom With Ahmad / Wahaj Ahmed) via our website (wahajahmad.com) or by other means of distance communication (email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your own terms and conditions do not apply.

(2) A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. A “business” refers to any natural or legal person or legally responsible partnership acting in the course of their business or profession.

2) Conclusion of Contract

(1) The subject of the agreement is the provision of digital marketing and eCommerce services. The scope of services results from the service package you book and the service descriptions on our website or the written offer provided to you.

Services may include (but are not limited to):

  • Amazon account management, listing optimization, and store growth strategy
  • Amazon PPC management and optimization
  • eBay store management, listing optimization, and growth strategy
  • Paid advertising management (Google Ads / Meta Ads) depending on the package
  • Consulting, audits, and custom growth planning

(2) If you order a service through our website, we provide a binding offer under the conditions shown on the service page and/or in the offer description.

(3) The contract is concluded when you confirm acceptance of our offer by booking the service and/or making payment, or by written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) for custom quotations.

(4) If we provide a custom quotation by email or message, you may accept it within 5 days unless otherwise stated in the quote.

(5) All contract execution details may be sent electronically (email/WhatsApp). You must ensure your provided contact details are correct and that messages are not blocked by spam filters.

3) Service Provision

(1) We provide the services according to the service description or agreed scope, either personally or through trusted third parties where required.

(2) Services are delivered within the agreed timeframes. If no timeframe is agreed, delivery typically begins within 4–7 business days after contract conclusion (and after payment confirmation).

(3) You are obligated to cooperate by providing required information, access, or confirmations needed to deliver the service.

(4) If the service requires customer-specific materials (brand assets, account access, product data, etc.), you must provide them immediately after purchase or agreement.

(5) You agree not to provide any data or materials that violate third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.) or any laws. You indemnify us against all third-party claims resulting from your materials.

(6) Unless otherwise agreed, we do not check your submitted content for completeness or legal compliance and are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

4) Refunds (Strict Policy)

All services are digital and require planning, time, and tool/resource allocation. Therefore refunds are strictly limited to the first 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, the project is considered active and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

5) Results & Performance Disclaimer

Any examples, testimonials, screenshots, or case studies shown on the website are examples of past work. Results are not guaranteed and depend on multiple factors including product, market demand, competition, ad spend, platform policies, and account history.

6) Third-Party Platforms

We are not affiliated with Amazon, eBay, Google, Meta/Facebook, or any other third-party platforms. Platform outages, policy changes, suspensions, or restrictions are outside our control.

7) Right of Retention

You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.

8) Choice of Law

This agreement is governed by applicable law based on the provider’s location, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
